1. Complete The DogSmith "Information Request Form"
Please complete our Information Request Form to receive additional information about The DogSmith Dog Training, Pet Sitting, Dog Walking Business Opportunity. A DogSmith® representative will be in touch with you within one business day.
2. Initial phone call
During our first call we will further discuss the DogSmith® Dog Training & Pet Care Business Opportunity and cover a few key topics, including your goals, business background and territory of interest. We will be happy to answer any additional questions you have.
3. Return your confidential profile
Returning your profile to your representative tells us that you are serious about the DogSmith Dog Training Business Opportunity and it gives us a clear picture of your financial and managerial plans.
4. Receive Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
Upon receipt of your confidential financial profile; you will receive our DogSmith Franchise Disclosure Document. The FDD further defines the relationship between us - the Franchisor and you - the Franchisee. It contains all of the legal responsibilities involved in owning A DogSmith® Dog Training, Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Franchise Business Opportunity and it is what you will sign in order to become a Franchisee.
5. FDD follow-up
After receiving and reviewing your FDD, your representative will schedule a time to go over any questions that you may have regarding The DogSmith Dog Training, Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Franchise .
6. DogSmith Discovery Day!
Your Discovery Day should be held within 30 days of your FDD review. Discovery Days are held at our Dog Training Facility. Our home office is also a DogSmith® Dog Training and Pet Sitting Franchise and you will have the opportunity to have a behind-the-scenes tour. You will also spend time with the franchise team and our DogSmith Founder.
7. Signing the Agreement
If we feel that you are a great Franchisee candidate, we will send you a formal written offer including the assigned Dog Training and Pet Care Territory. The signing is done remotely and does not require a trip back to our home office.
