School For Dog Trainers

Prior to arriving at the DogSmith National Training Center there will be some training, research exercises and assessments to complete. This pre-work ensures everyone at class is starting from the same reference point. The training prep-work is approximately 20 hours of learning and is completed under the guidance of Niki Tudge, Master DogSmith.
On-Site 2 week Training Program at the DogSmith National Training Center
Each DogSmith Candidate receives 2 weeks of intensive onsite start-up training taught by Niki Tudge, America's DogSmith, and her team.
The DogSmith National Dog Training Center, a school for dog trainers, is located in rural Florida - An ideal dog training venue for year-round use and the perfect environment for candidates studying to become professional dog trainers. The multi-use facility is very flexible and includes several acres of fenced training areas, classroom buildings and kennels. The training fields are perfect for pet dog obedience training and the field size can be varied to accommodate big or small dog training classes. They can also be adapted for whatever dog training skills are being taught, from basic pet dog obedience to competitive dog agility. DogSmith Franchise owners receive extensive hands-on training at The DogSmith Training Center and have the opportunity to immediately apply theory to practical use.
